Third-party sharing
We do not sell your information. We rely on trusted service providers for operations only — our booking system (Easybizy), cloud & authentication infrastructure, and an email service — each bound to protect your data. Information may be disclosed if required by law.
Cookies
The site uses essential cookies for proper function and anonymous analytics cookies. Subject to your consent in the cookie banner, the site also uses Google tools (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads) for measurement and advertising. If you decline, these cookies are not stored. You can block cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work fully.
If you accepted cookies and gave us a phone number or email, in an enquiry form or a purchase, we pass them to Google Ads in encrypted form (a one-way hash), solely to measure which ads led to enquiries and purchases. Google uses them to match the enquiry to the ad and does not receive them in readable form. If you declined cookies, these details are not passed on.
Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal requirements (e.g. accounting), after which we delete or anonymize it.
